Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days upon receipt of your order confirmation email. Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, orders within Pakistan are delivered within 4-5 business days from the date of dispatch, and international orders are delivered within 10-12 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Please be aware that for international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Mahayé Studio is not liable for any additional charges incurred due to customs clearance.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to check the delivery status of your package. 

⚠️ Important: Please only accept parcels that arrive in our official Mahayé Studio packaging/flyer. If your parcel is delivered in any other packaging, kindly do not accept it and notify us immediately.
